We want you to feel safe when you shop with us.

Prices:

The prices quoted include  VAT depending on the country your order from/to.

For products sold for export (countries outside the EU), the price is exclusive of VAT, but customs clearance fees may apply.

Information storage:

When you place your order, we and / or our suppliers store information about your shopping cart and your address information. Your card details are only handled by our payment provider PayEx in accordance with the regulations set up by card issuers and redemption banks.

Temporarily out of stock:

We reserve the right to temporarily sell certain products (colors, sizes, models). However, this will be announced as soon as possible and you can then choose to wait for delivery or cancel your order.

Exchanges and Returns:

Replacements: When replacing, the product must be unused. Send the item back in the bag it comes in.

Returns:

We follow the Distance Contracts Act (2000: 274), which is why the consumer has the right to cancel his purchase without special reason within 30 days of the product being received. Upon return, the product must be unused and sent in the original packaging.

For exchanges and returns, the consumer bears the shipping costs.

Complaints

 If it turns out that there is something wrong with the item you received, we would like you to notify us as soon as possible, so that we have the opportunity to correct the error. The easiest way to do this is to return the product together with the consignment note and information about the defect.


Shipping, delivery time and cost

 Your shipment is sent from our warehouse. In Sweden, delivery takes place by post (delivery takes place to the specified delivery address and / or nearest delivery point.) DHL or TNT delivers to large customers / resellers. Outside Sweden, delivery takes place by post / DHL.

Normal delivery time is 3-10 working days, but depends on where the product is to be delivered and what the postage looks like.

Current shipping prices can be found on the purchase page and these are automatically added to the price when you order goods in our online store.

We follow the Swedish Distance and Home Sales Act (2005: 59).


Retailers
