Returns
We aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase from swedishposture.com. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we offer an extended 30-day return policy. Below are our guidelines for returns:
Return cost is at the customer's expense. In the event of return, Swedish Posture does not reimburse the shipping cost.

To approve your return, the product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. Please package the product carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
The return policy does not apply to

Returning items from outside of the EU can come with a customs fee.

The return policy does not apply to
Cold Gel Roll-on, TENS-EMS Electro Therapy, Kinesio Tape, InfraEaz and TENS-EMS Pads 4-pack where the protective plastic has been removed or the packaging has been opened. Any defects can, of course, be reported.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will process a refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
