How does the cotton posture t-shirt work?
The cotton posture t-shirt has a back panel that guides the shoulders into a better postural alignment.
The shirt encourages you to keep the shoulder blades together and stretches out the chest. This will align the spine to an S-curve and move tension to muscle engagement in the core instead of in the lumbar spine
Will the cotton posture t-shirt improve my posture?

Use the same size as you do in normal t-shirts. Are you in between sizes, choose the smaller one. The Alignment T-shirt should have a tight fit.
